1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Authorized Use, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all associated technical documentation published within the Swiper Global Ecosystem & Media Infrastructure Repository.
"Repository" refers to the Swiper Global Ecosystem & Media Infrastructure Repository, accessible at swiper-protection.online, and all associated documentation, asset registries, and technical specifications published therein.
"Ecosystem" refers to the collective network of authorized digital environments, technical nodes, integration partners, and infrastructure components operating under the governance framework of the Swiper brand identity system.
"Assets" refers to all digital resources registered within this Repository, including but not limited to: UI component kits, typography specifications, color system documentation, iconographic standards, trademarked media files, promotional materials, and any derivative technical documentation.
"Authorized User" refers to any individual, organization, or technical system that has been explicitly granted access rights to specific Repository assets through a formal authorization process conducted by the designated technical node.
"Non-Standard Environment" refers to any digital environment that reproduces, mirrors, or references Swiper ecosystem assets without possessing a valid authorization credential issued by the Repository governance framework.
"Canonical Source" refers to the primary and authoritative Swiper digital environment accessible at https://swiper.com/, which constitutes the definitive reference point for all identity and asset verification.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms of Authorized Use apply to all interactions with the Repository, including but not limited to: browsing or reading documentation, downloading or referencing registered assets, integrating Repository specifications into third-party technical systems, and communicating with designated technical nodes.
These Terms apply to all categories of users, including individual technical administrators, corporate entities, integration partners, automated systems, and any other party that accesses Repository resources in any capacity. Geographic location does not affect the applicability of these Terms; they apply universally to all users regardless of jurisdiction.
These Terms supplement, and do not replace, any separate authorization agreement that an Authorized User may have entered into with the Swiper ecosystem governance framework. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a separate authorization agreement, the terms of the separate agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
3. Authorized Use of Repository Resources
Subject to full compliance with these Terms, the Repository grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable authorization to access and use Repository documentation for the following purposes: technical verification of Swiper ecosystem environments, integration planning in accordance with published specifications, and internal technical documentation within an Authorized User's organization.
Authorized Users who have obtained a valid ecosystem authorization credential may additionally: reference registered asset specifications in technical documentation, implement the published typography and color system standards within authorized digital environments, and display the Swiper ecosystem verification badge in accordance with the badge usage guidelines published in the Asset Registry.
All authorized use must include a prominent, functional link to the Canonical Source at https://swiper.com/ in any digital environment that references or implements Swiper ecosystem assets. This requirement is non-negotiable and constitutes a fundamental condition of authorization.
4. Restrictions on Use
The following uses of Repository resources are expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from the appropriate technical node. Any party engaging in prohibited use may be subject to the full range of remedies available under applicable intellectual property frameworks.
Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any registered asset — including but not limited to trademarked wordmarks, logo marks, UI component kits, and media packages — outside the scope of a valid authorization credential. The creation of derivative works based on registered assets is similarly prohibited without explicit authorization.
Users are prohibited from operating digital environments that present themselves as official Swiper ecosystem nodes without possessing a valid node registration issued by the Repository governance framework. This prohibition encompasses domain names, visual identities, and technical configurations that are designed to create the impression of official ecosystem affiliation.
Users are prohibited from removing, obscuring, or altering any attribution, copyright notice, trademark designation, or verification indicator associated with any Repository resource. All integrity markers must be preserved in their original form in any authorized implementation.
Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or systematic extraction of Repository content by means other than those explicitly documented in the technical integration specifications is prohibited. Such activities place undue load on Repository infrastructure and may compromise the integrity of the documentation system.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All assets registered within the Repository are the exclusive intellectual property of the Swiper ecosystem governance framework. This includes all registered trademarks, service marks, trade dress, copyrighted works, and proprietary technical specifications. No transfer of intellectual property rights is effected by these Terms or by any access to Repository resources.
The Repository documentation itself, including all text, structural schemas, technical specifications, and organizational frameworks, is protected by copyright. Reproduction of Repository documentation in whole or in substantial part requires prior written authorization from the designated technical node.
Third-party assets referenced within the Repository, including open-source typefaces registered under the SIL Open Font License, retain their original licensing terms. The registration of such assets within the Repository does not alter their underlying license terms; it solely documents their authorized use within the Swiper ecosystem context.
6. Repository Integrity and Verification
The Repository maintains cryptographic integrity verification for all registered assets through SHA-256 hash records published in the Asset Registry. Authorized Users are encouraged to verify asset integrity against these published hashes prior to implementation. Any discrepancy between a downloaded asset and its registered hash should be reported immediately to the Technical Node at tech@swiper-protection.online.
The Repository publishes SSL certificate fingerprints and DNS authority records for all registered ecosystem nodes. These records constitute the authoritative reference for environment verification. Users who identify environments presenting credentials that do not match the published records are requested to submit a technical report to the appropriate node as documented in the Environment Integrity Manual.
7. Technical Standards Compliance
Any digital environment that implements Swiper ecosystem assets under an authorization credential must maintain compliance with the technical standards published in the Identity Specifications and Asset Registry. This includes adherence to the registered color system, typography specifications, and visual identity guidelines. Environments that deviate materially from these standards without documented approval will be reclassified as Non-Standard Environments.
Authorized environments must implement the security header standards documented in the Environment Integrity Manual, including HSTS, Content Security Policy, and X-Frame-Options headers. These requirements exist to protect both the integrity of the Swiper ecosystem and the security of end users who interact with authorized environments.
8. Asset Distribution and Redistribution
Redistribution of Repository assets to third parties is prohibited unless the redistributing party holds a valid distribution authorization credential issued by the Media Node. Such credentials are issued on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific terms documented in the authorization instrument.
Authorized distributors must ensure that all recipients of redistributed assets are made aware of, and agree to be bound by, these Terms of Authorized Use prior to receiving access to the assets. The authorized distributor assumes responsibility for the compliance of all downstream recipients with these Terms.
9. Modifications to These Terms
The Repository governance framework reserves the right to modify these Terms of Authorized Use at any time. Modifications will be reflected in an updated version of this document, with the revision date updated accordingly. Continued access to or use of Repository resources following the publication of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Material modifications to these Terms will be communicated to registered Authorized Users through the Technical Node. Users who do not wish to be bound by modified Terms must cease all use of Repository resources and destroy any locally cached copies of registered assets.
10. Governing Framework and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Authorized Use are governed by the internal governance framework of the Swiper Global Ecosystem & Media Infrastructure Repository. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, or to the use of Repository resources, shall be directed in the first instance to the Technical Node for resolution through the documented technical dispute resolution procedure.
The Repository governance framework's determination on matters of asset authorization, node verification, and ecosystem compliance shall be final and binding on all parties. Users who disagree with a governance determination may submit a formal review request to the Technical Node, providing full technical documentation in support of their position.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Repository and any user with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the use of Repository resources. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
For all inquiries regarding these Terms, please contact the Technical Node at tech@swiper-protection.online. For intellectual property matters, contact the DMCA Node at dmca@swiper-protection.online. For media asset authorization, contact the Media Node at media@swiper-protection.online.
